On the basis of the Act on electronic delivery of 18 November 2020. (Dz.U. of 2020, item 2320), the obligation to use e-Deliveries as to official correspondence by public entities and certain non-public entities, i.e. entrepreneurs from KRS and CEIDG and representatives of certain public trust professions, has been introduced.
The deadline for the implementation of e-address, depends on the date of registration of the company in CEIDG or KRS:
- companies that register their activity in CEIDG or KRS from 1 January 2025, set up e-address boxes during registration
- companies that registered their activity in CEIDG before 1 January 2025 must have an e- address from 1 October 2026
- companies that registered their business with the National Court Register before 1 January 2025 must have an e- address from 1 April 2025.
